• Q. Is An Item In Stock?
  
  A. Please see the product info page on our website, it clearly states if an item is in stock, it is correct to the hour.

• Q. When will my order arrive?
  
  A. Your order will usually arrive within 1-3 working days of placing your order. Working days do not include weekends or Bank Holidays.

• Q. I am thinking of bulk buying, do you offer extra discounts?
  
  A. Yes, absolutely.  Please check the item's page as bulk discounts are already shown.

• Q. Do you accept official school, college, university or county council purchase orders?
  
  A.  No. We only accept credit card.

• Q. I placed my order within the last few days, can I have a tracking number?
  
  A. Tracking numbers are usually available the day after dispatch.  Please contact us if you need a tracking number.

• Q. My products have developed a fault, what do i do?
