The TM9357 is a DMR mobile two way radio from Tait. A dual control head allows for use in a variety of transport methods, allowing for conductors and drivers of large vehicles such as busses and trains to stay in contact throughout their journey. With one radio being in the front with the driver and a second being with the conductor, this allows for seamless communications between the workforce.
With an IP54 rating this ensures the TM9357s reliability, this means that the radio has both a limited Ingress protection against dust whilst also being safeguarded against splashes of water from all angles. The TM9357 is built to military standards (MIL-STD-810 C/D/E/F/G) meaning that it can be used in varying weather conditions, continuing to operate from as low as -30°C through to 60ۜ°C. Crystal clear audio is a given with the TaitTM9357, ensuring that communications between operatives are picked up and understood without fault.
The TM9357 has an LCD display showing both the channel number and zone the radio is transmitting over, other status functions are also displayed. 4 programmable function keys allow for the radio to be customised to the users needs, ensuring that key features are available at the touch of a button. A Lone Worker function is present on the TM9357 ensuring the safety of users by monitoring activity levels, should the radio detect that it has been unused for a pre-set period of time, the radio will sound a beep which if still not responded to an alert will be sent to a local base station or other radios within the network.
