The NXR-700 is a VHF digital repeater from Kenwood. With mixed analogue and digital operation, the NXR-700 completely supports NXDN Type-C trunking alongside 2nd Generation and NXDN Conventional. A 2-digit LED display is present on the front of the repeater, this alongside multiple LED status indicators, a 3W external speaker and volume control.
30 Channels are available per site, with the potential to have up to 48 site configurations whilst using a Multi-Site IP Network. 6 Programmable function keys allow for the customization of the NXR-700 to the users needs, alongside its capabilities to perform site roaming. Other features of the repeater include IP LAN/WAN connectivity, Ethernet Network Interface, Secure VPN Connections and also Auto Roaming.
Standing at 44mm in height, 483mm in width and 331mm in depth the NXR-700 has a fairly compact design, whilst the controller interface on the NXR-700 is an external LTR. This repeater is also available for UHF frequencies with the NXR-800, NXR-800E3 and NXR-800E4.
Ofcom Licence Options
